If you are looking for an exciting yet challenging internship program, look no further as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is presenting a paid avenue for students to explore.
Chosen applicants are going to work for 10 – 12 weeks between June and September 2025. The exact dates for commencement will be agreed upon by the intern and the IMF supervisor.
Additionally, the organization is encouraging qualified persons from North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and East and Southeast Asia to apply. Female candidates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
1. Assistant – Legal Department
To get selected for this department, candidates must:
- be within one or two years of completing their L.L.M., J.D., or equivalent degree in law
- have a student status (because you are expected to return to your university after completion)
- not be older than 32 years
- have excellent command of the English Language
- possess strong quantitative and computer skills
Last day to apply: 15th January, 2025
- Candidates must be within one year or two years of completing their PhDin macroeconomics or a related field.
- Should be a student at the time of the internship
- By the time you commence the program, you must be younger than 32
- Excellent proficiency in English is of great advantage
- You must have a masterful analytical, quantitative and computer skills
