There is a new job offer at Skynet Express Ghana. The company is hiring a Branch Coordinator to join its growing team and take the lead at the Kumasi branch.
Skynet is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual who can manage operations smoothly while building strong customer relationships and driving growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support branch staff to meet daily targets and overall business goals
- Oversee day-to-day courier operations — from pickups to final deliveries
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain top-quality service
- Manage vehicles, equipment, and other operational resources effectively
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and attract new clients while keeping existing ones satisfied
- Keep track of branch finances, including cash handling and reporting
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to Head Office
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of management experience (experience in courier, logistics, or service industries is a strong advantage)
Key Skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
