What You’ll Do
- Make sure all documents required for payments to foreign vendors are complete, accurate, and meet regulatory standards.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to keep payment processes running smoothly.
- Monitor documentation to prevent delays and ensure approvals are obtained on time.
- Support compliance with government regulations and international trade agreements.
- Identify ways to improve processes, making payment handling faster and more efficient.
- Create reports and dashboards to track payment timelines and compliance.

What They Are Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance
- At least two years of relevant experience in a market or business environment, ideally involving foreign trade
- Native French speaker preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, fact-based approach
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with a drive to find innovative solutions
- Passion for continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain functions
