The President’s Scholarship is now being made available by the University of Winnipeg to deserving international students who wish to study in Canada.
International students enrolling in any division of the University of Winnipeg for the first time will be given the President’s Scholarship 2023 for World Leaders.
53 scholarships will be given by the university to outstanding first-time overseas students attending Winnipeg University.
Students studying undergraduate, graduate, and certificate studies in Canada are eligible for the Winnipeg President’s Scholarship Program 2023. By participating in activities, participants must exhibit remarkable leadership abilities.

Level: Undergraduates/Masters/Diploma
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum entrance average of 80%, or an equivalent, is required.
The applicant must be an international student (non-Canadian citizen). - A candidate should be entering the first year of any program at the university of Winnipeg
- A candidate must exhibit outstanding leadership abilities.
Benefits:
- Successful students will receive the $5,000 President’s Scholarship from the University of Winnipeg.
- Students will get the opportunity to study and live in Canada.
