A Zonal Manager is needed At Hubtel. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial & New Markets Team as a Zonal Manager and be a key contributor in helping Hubtel digitize restaurants, schools, shops, real estate, churches, associations and businesses.
We are looking for an energetic individual who can ride a motorbike and resides in Koforidua.
The successful candidate will work as a Full-time Term Employee.

Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue within your zone per set targets.
- Prospect, onboard and manage retailers on Hubtel’s Quick Commerce Platform.
- Prospect for new opportunities within your community including schools, churches, real estate, associations, shops and businesses.
- Recruit, operationalize and manage delivery riders for quick commerce delivery.
- Grow Hubtel’s active consumer base within your zone.
Requirements:
- You must be able to drive/ride a motorbike and possess a valid driver’s/rider’s license Owning your motorbike is a great advantage. Applicants without motorbikes may be provided with one on a ride-to-own model.
- You must own a functional personal laptop capable of meeting the demands of the work.
- You must have good written and verbal communication in English.
- You must be able to speak the local language within your community.
- You must be able to use a smartphone or a tablet.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- You must be results-driven and work well under strict timelines.
