SUMMARY OF ANTICIPATED DUTIES
To operate and tend tractors coupled with trailers.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS (Tractor Operator At Twifo Oil Palm Plantation)
- Good eye sight (Ability to see detail at distance and close range)
- Understanding dial gauge readings and other indicators of tractors and trailers to interpret whether equipment is working properly or not.
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Ability to understand cause of equipment error or other problems or defects.
- Ability to communicate well in English (written and oral).
- Team player and a good interpersonal relationship.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
- WASSE/SSSCE, BECE
- Applicant must have a Driving License (Class E) Applicant must be able to read and write.
- Ability to hook tractor to trailer hitches.
- Ability to reverse trailed tractor with ease.‘ Minimum of three (3) years working experience as a Tractor Operator
