TECHAiDE Calls For Job Applications

TECHAiDE is seeking to hire Regional Sales & Training Managers (RSTM) who will engage PRIVATE SCHOOLS across regions within Ghana.

A TECHAiDE Regional Sales and Training Manager (RSTM) is a person contracted to perform sales & marketing activities for TECHAiDE within a regional territory.

Apart from a fixed monthly salary, they receive some percentages on sales they generate over a given period.

As part of responsibilities, the RSTM has full control over the method through which the work is done and the quality or result of the job in conjunction with the objectives of the company.

Managerial Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will:

  • Directly report to the Chief Operations Officer at the company Headquarters
  • Direct supervision & management of all TECHAiDE Independent Sales Team (TIS) within your region
  • Hold ALL TIS responsible for monthly sales quotas
  • Confirm monthly sales totals with TIS before payroll
  • Follow the ERP Pipeline Sales process
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Encourage team effort and implement corporate culture (S.P.E.E.D. Team)
  • Onboard new TIS

Sales & Training Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will:

  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Build and manage relationships with ALL Ministry of Education Municipal/District Directors in your region
  • Build and manage relationships with ALL Ministry of Education Municipal/District Private School Coordinators or Basic School Coordinator whichever is appropriate for your region
  • Find other TIS recruits to be a part of your regional sales team
  • Service existing client accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by following the ERP Pipeline process
  • Manage all appropriate administration by using TECHAiDE’s ERP & Google suite of applications
  • Use the established marketing collateral as well as social media & online resources to close sales
  • Familiarise yourself with the TECHAiDE suite of goods & services and use the Relationship Selling model to close sales
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Use all online resources for training & support of all clients, and make sure your TIS do the same

  • Bono East Region – Techiman
  • Oti Region – Dambai
  • Volta Region – Ho
  • Eastern Region – Koforidua
  • Central Region – Cape Coast
  • Western North – Sefwi Wiawso
