Sales Officers
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Officers to work in Kumasi, Accra, Northern, Western and Central Regions-Ghana.
Sales Officers Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect, obtain daily orders from customers and build a good relationship with customers; keep checking samples on customer shop, warehouse, shelf as well as stock level in every week and ensure that they are in good condition
- Ensure that credit customers pay on time as well as remind them of the deadline according to the credit policy/terms
- Grade or segment customers according to their capabilities, and help them develop the distribution channel
- Develop and maintain the key clients
- Help customers track their orders
- Communicate with customer service
- Manage customer complaints
- Coordinate efforts with other departments
- Provide product knowledge training to the employees of clients.
- Report the results of work and market information to superior every week.
- Follow and monitor the market trend to his or her superior
- Do other tasks assign by his or her superior
Requirement and qualifications
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Motivated and able to unlearn and learn
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
- Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Expert in time management
- Organized work ethic
- Proven track record in food and beverage sales environment
- Ability to meet and/or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND or equivalent qualification
Work experience: a minimum of 2 years in sales
Working Environment: Office and field including interregional travelling
Basic Salary= 1000 cedis + sales commission base on your monthly sales target
