Polytank Ghana has opened recruitment for qualified candidates to apply for the position of Data Entry Officer at its Tema Freezone Enclave. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate company records, updating databases, preparing reports, and supporting daily administrative operations. The role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work with large volumes of information while meeting deadlines.
Position Available
Data Entry Officer
The incumbent will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining company data across electronic databases, ERP systems, and manual records. The role also involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, managing company documents, supporting audits, and working with different departments to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- An HND or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in data entry, administration, or records management. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems or database management software is an advantage.
Successful candidates should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent typing accuracy, good organizational skills, analytical ability, integrity, and the capacity to work under pressure.
