PEOPLE & PARTNERS NOUP LIMITED is hiring an HR Associate. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Payroll Manager.
ROLE MISSION
The HR Officer contributes to the efficiency of the HR department by reviewing and improving processes and setting targets for their teams. In charge of the workforce supervision, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of contract workers by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forecast worker productivity and labor needs for various shifts.
- Compiling staff shifts, dealing with leave requests, and arranging cover when necessary
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress against targets
- Briefing their teams on new initiatives, changes to targets, and company news
- Maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, ensuring staff have adequate first aid and fire safety training
- Recruiting, training, and helping staff reach their professional development goals
- Devising work schedules and implementing deadlines
- Mitigating conflicts among personnel
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
- Conducting performance reviews
- Verifying work hours for payroll using both biometric clock and in-person check.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- An HND or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Should be a resident of Kpone, Tema, or a close environment.
- 3 years of workforce management experience (.e. responsible for scheduling, work monitoring and adjusting, determining and communicating work schedules and resources for the effective workflow of contract staff, etc)
- 2 years of operations experience
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend
SALARY: 1,000-1,800
