- Farmers use Complete Farmer’s marketplace platform to request farm management services.
- Farmers who require a farm manager are provided a list of farm managers who have passed the Complete Farmer screening.
- Farmers select farm managers who best fit their farm needs and make offers to them
- The farm manager chooses whether to accept or reject the farmer’s offer.
- Farm Managers sign a contract and get started on the farm.

Eligibility Criteria:
You must meet the requirements provided below:
- Must be 20- 40 years old
- At least first degree in Agricultural Sciences or similar disciplines
- At least 2 years experience on the farm
- Excellent project management skills
