The Positions:
1. Filling Station Managers
Northern Territory (Tamale, Jirapa, Savelugu, Balungu)
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the company’s filling stations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient customer service and safe fuel handling procedures
- Manage fuel stock levels, product deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Supervise and train station staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations
- Monitor sales activities and cash management, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, or related fields (Minimum 2nd Class Lower)
- 4 guarantors required
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and stock control.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Basic computer literacy.

2. Mart Supervisor
Eligibility
- HND in Marketing, Purchasing and Supply or any related field
- 2-5 years working experience
- Applicant should be living within and around Santeo, Nanakrom, Madina and it’s environs
- Previous experience in a similar role

3. Finance Manager
The occupant of this position will oversee financial operations, develop strategies for financial growth, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s In Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- ACCA, ICAG or CIMA certification is a must.
- 7+ years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, especially O.M.C.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally and Sage (Preferrably Odoo).
- Must be willing and able to relocate to or within reasonable distance from company premises.
4. Accountant
The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s In Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- ACCA, ICAG or CIMA certification is a must.
- 3-5 years working experience
- Proficient in the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally and Sage (Preferrably Odoo).
- Must be willing and able to relocate to or within reasonable distance from company premises.
