The Accra Brewery PLC is glad to announce the opening of a new career slot for individuals looking to take on full time roles. The are seeking to recruit a new People Manager – Ghana Supply to be accountable for shaping and driving the ABInbev people agenda within the regional teams.
Key Roles:
- Partner with the Plant Leadership Team to lead, manage and support their teams to delivering on business priorities.
- Ensure that the HR service delivered drives business results and supports the business strategy.
- Build HR capability and credibility through robust development and coaching.
- Embed the People Cycle in the Region.
- Embed the VPO Programme in the Region
- Manage the talent processes to support the current and future development and deployment needs of the Region
- Support the recruitment process in the Region, including ensuring effective onboarding
- Consolidate and analyse talent data and work with line leaders to ensure that this data is used to inform talent planning
- Ensure that all relevant legislative diversity requirements are met and support is provided to line managers around the diversity agenda.

Minimum Requirement:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource (HR), Industrial Psychology or any similar business degree
- Applicant should have 8–10 years of experience as a generalist in human resources, with at least 3 of those years spent in management
- A candidate with experience in FMCG is preferred
- It is required that you have knowledge of local labour legislation and experience in labour relations is required
- Demonstrate working knowledge in in managing the HR processes related to the end to- end employee life cycle
- A track record of building HR capability, shaping culture and leadership behaviours.
- Proven expertise in solving strategic business problems with pragmatic solutions
- Have a proven track record of establishing trust and good relationships with senior business executives through a strong grasp of business and the capacity to recognise client needs and provide more than just HR solutions.
