The Roles:
1. Filling Station Supervisors
Location: All Regions
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our filling stations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient customer service and safe fuel handling procedures.
- Manage fuel stock levels, product deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Supervise and train station staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor sales activities and cash management, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, or related fields (Minimum 2nd Class Upper)
- 2 guarantors required
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and stock control.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in the petroleum industry.
- Basic computer literacy.

2. Area Manager
Location: Greater Accra and Western Region
Type: Full-Time
The Manager will oversee the daily operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction at filling stations
Major Duties:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily activities in assigned clusters, and ensure that operational strategies are effectively implemented
- Staff Management: Lead and mentor station supervisors and staff.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain service standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Health and Safety Management: Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and respond to incidents as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular performance reports to higher management. Maintain accurate records of all cluster activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management experience in the oil & Gas industry, with knowledge of stock management, sales strategies, and HSSEQ regulations.
