Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Entity action plans follow up with main actors (PAAP/ 26 CC /Management Letter / Others)
- Collect and detailed Review and follow up Financials Closing documentation (Sapin II accounting controls, Invoicing Checklist, Monthly financial closing checklist)
- Check and report gaps related to implementation and respect of identified key procedures
- Perform randoms check and controls on the Cash risk (petty cash and sales on desk) , payment securisation (digital payment implementation ) and Supplier Call back procedure

- Collect and report data on selected IC KPI contributing to GYM
- Ensure stock counting process and mobile asset alternative procedure is effective
- Check and follow up on the pending bank reconciliation items
- Perform any studies and make the reporting
- Check and validate variations in margins (loss of gas, inventory and monthly stock variation, ISO location accruals ro actuals,…
- Check cost allocations
- Prepare management results per product
- Check accruals – prepayments – Inventories adjustments – Depreciations – Provision for bad debts
- Follow up of efficiencies
Competencies and Profile:
Technical Experience :
3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role in Accounting, finance or fiscal , preferably within audit firms.
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICA)
- Must be Fluent in English, French will be advantageous

- Good knowledge of ERPs (essential)
- Understand basics in Finance
- Good Accounting skills
