Key Accounts Executive

Kasapreko Company Limited is a Ghanaian ISO 22000:2005 certified indigenous manufacturer and producer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Alomo Bitters a herbal based alcoholic drink is KCL’s flagship product. Kasapreko was 6th according to the 2012 Ghana Club 100 rankings.

We are hiring.

JOB PURPOSE

The job holder is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with clients and maximizing sales by proactively contacting them to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.

JOB DUTIES

  • Monitor the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio
  • Identify new solutions as a way of extending existing services with clients
  • Ensure that assigned key accounts meets their agreed targets
  • Advise on changes and trends in the market-place and activities of competitors

JOB REQUIREMENT 

  • A minimum of first degree in Business Administration (Marketing)
  • A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in key accounts management or equivalent in the FMCG sector
  • Sound understanding of the commercial process.
  • Competition awareness and benchmaking
