Key Account Manager Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Key Account Manager responsibilities:
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Developed and managed the entrance work of KA supermarkets nationwide
- Ensure payment collection is accurate, timely and free from arrears, bad debts and bad debts
- Manage the performance and scheduling of KA supermarket promoters and temporary workers
- Familiar with KA purchasing manager and payment finance manager;
- KA customs clearance can also be considered for 10 large-scale stores of local medium-sized supermarket chain, and KA account manager in e-commerce industry can also be considered
Requirements and Qualification
Age Requirement : 35
Working experience: 3-8 years
Foreign language: English/Swahili
Major requirement: Marketing major is preferred.
Qualification : Bachelor degree/college degree required
