Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing materials to increase the visibility and reach of the organization.
- Actively market the organization’s products and services to target audiences.
- Manage the organization’s brand identity, including developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
- Plan and execute events and campaigns to promote the organization and its activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and influencers.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that marketing and communication efforts align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and report on outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years post National Service experience in marketing and communication roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
- Candidate must be IT inclined.
- Candidates must reside within the vicinity of East Legon, Ashaley Botwe, or surrounding areas.
