QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Bsc Agric or related field (2nd Class Upper)
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience with trading company/ FMCG
- Proven successful retail store management experience
- Strong sales ability, merchandising and supervisory skills
- Proactive in-store planning skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the country
- An ideal candidate should have a combination of experience including supervision, sales, customer service and accounting work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train, supervise and assist shop attendants in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
- Manage budget and achieve financial objectives
- Identify and monitor customer requirements and competitor trends
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
- Ensure accurate inventory management
- Own the brand management process
