Rock City Hotel Kwahu (RCH Kwahu) is announcing a job opportunity for Quality Assurance Manager. The incumbent will lead quality standards, compliance, and guest experience improvement across its hotel operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure consistent service delivery, maintain 5-star hospitality standards, and implement quality systems across departments. The role is ideal for an experienced hospitality or quality management professional with strong knowledge of audits, food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Functions
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing the hotel’s quality management system.
- Conducting internal audits, room inspections, and facility checks to maintain service standards.
- Monitoring food safety, HACCP compliance, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Reviewing guest feedback and online reputation data to identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting staff training and building a culture of quality across departments.
- Managing regulatory compliance with bodies including the Ghana Tourism Authority and FDA.
- Leading quality initiatives during peak periods such as Kwahu Easter celebrations.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Food Science, Environmental Health, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience in hospitality or quality management, including 5 years in a senior management role.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, auditing methods, and 5-star hospitality standards.
- Food safety certification such as HACCP or equivalent (required or must be obtained within six months).
A postgraduate qualification or membership in a professional body such as the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or Institute of Hospitality will be an added advantage.
