JD Link Oil is inviting applications from qualified professionals for three vacancies: Senior Operations Officer, Senior HR Officer and Accountant. Candidates with relevant industry experience and the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Available Positions and Requirements
1. Senior Operations Officer
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience. Experience in fuel station operations, petroleum distribution, stock management and industry compliance is required. Knowledge of NPA regulations and HSSEQ standards is also important.
2. Senior HR Officer
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, with four to five years of relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and employee relations is required. Professional qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM or CIHRM are an advantage.
3. Accountant
Applicants must be qualified Chartered Accountants in good standing, with four to eight years of relevant experience. Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and accounting software is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also expected.
