JD Link Oil Company Limited, a supplier of petroleum and allied products, is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Filling Station Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of a filling station, with responsibility for safe operations, customer service, staff supervision, fuel stock management and sales activities.
Main Duties:
The Filling Station Manager will:
- Manage daily station operations and ensure safe fuel handling.
- Monitor fuel stock, deliveries and inventory records.
- Supervise and train station staff.
- Monitor sales and cash management.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Applicants must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement or a related field, with a minimum of Second Class Lower.
- Four guarantors.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Good customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic financial management and stock-control skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Basic computer literacy.
