Directa24 is advertising an Employment Opportunity looking for an experienced self-motivated Head of Expansion who can run and boost our operations in Africa.
The main aim is to create the structure to operate locally, define, ensure and execute a long term strategy in order to accomplish Directa24 goals.
Plus, the capacity for business analysis and found new business opportunities.
What you will do:
- Formulate and execute business strategies with others in the team. Ensure the right strategy is the one that is implemented.
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Who you are:
- 6+ proven experience in the Operations area or similar.
- Familiarity with all business functions including Legal, finance, supply chain, and IT.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a to do attitude.
- Ability to solve problems while multitasking.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- English required
