Accountability Customer Service
Time Split: 80%
Output:
Monitoring and Evaluation – 80%
- Assist the Monitoring and Evlauation Manager with the development of M&E plan for the Project including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans.
- Fully participate in data collection, storage, analysis, reporting ensuring that data is of high quality and audit worthy.
- Responsible for supporting the preparation and review of Project report in collaboration with other Project staff.
- Manage research activities and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are integrated into the project and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and mentoring to partners and staff to ensure the implementation of strong M&E systems.
- Design and manage sex and age disaggregated data, beneficiary monitoring and database systems
Accountability Administrative Support

Technical Support – 20%
- Embark on monitoring visits to project participants to observe and and report on MSMEs growth and youth employment
- Support the M&E Manager to develop ToR for evaluation and research activities under the project
- Analyze and interprete data, report on change patterns in data performance reviews
- Provide advice and recommended tools and strategies to improve project tracking
- Other additional tasks as requested
- Provide support in Loan Monitoring
Education:
- Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
