Job description

A Customer Service Personnel (SP) is the first point of contact for any
customers and acts as a liaison between the company and all
stakeholders.

The CSP’s target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently/promptly to enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To stand a better chance of getting employed, applicants must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or any other
    related field.
  • Proven experience as a customer service person and of working to
    achieve targets within a set timeframe.
  • Experience with online platforms and communication apps such as
    Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Linkedin & whatsapp
  • A can-do-attitude
  • Empathetic, proactive, and patient
  • Great communication skills
  • Innovative, resourceful and a problem solver
