Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will support customers across various service channels, ensuring professional, efficient, and helpful interactions at every touchpoint. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.

- Listen to customer needs and provide effective solutions

Requirements
- HND or higher qualification in any field
- Strong communication skills in English (additional local languages is an advantage)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms (an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
- Age: Maximum 26 years
