1. RTC/Distributor Transformation Manager
This role is responsible for improving Route-to-Market (RTM) effectiveness and driving transformation across Key Distributor operations. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, improve outlet coverage, enhance distributor efficiency, reduce operational costs, and support the implementation of operational excellence standards nationwide.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least four years of relevant experience within an FMCG company or market research environment.
2. Business Operations Manager (IT)
The Business Operations Manager serves as the link between business operations and technology, ensuring that IT solutions effectively support organizational objectives. The role involves business process optimization, application management, service delivery oversight, data governance, automation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
