This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for shaping and managing the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels, and supporting overall business growth.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market positioning and increase brand visibility. The role involves working closely with sales, product, and external partners to ensure alignment between brand direction and business objectives.
You will also monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to refine brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual communication across all channels
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights and competitor activity
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support market growth initiatives
- Manage production of marketing materials and brand assets
- Supervise external agencies, vendors, and creative partners where necessary
- Track brand performance using KPIs and reporting tools
- Support budget tracking and campaign performance evaluation
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced qualifications are an advantage)
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or campaign execution, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
- Ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital platforms
- Experience working with KPIs, data analysis, and performance tracking
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Accra
