Administrative Clerk Needed. A reputable international school in Kwahu West Municipality is seeking to employ qualified, experienced and licensed personnel for the above mentioned position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaints.
- Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries.
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.
- You could also be assigned with any other duties if the need arises.
Skills And Experience Required
- Must have knowledge of basic administrative duties, clerical as well as collection techniques.
- Should possess knowledge of email systems,ability to learn computer applications and systems as needed. Computer proficiency MS Office Suite and other software.
- Money management skills required.
- Must have a very strong organizational and self-starter skills required.
- Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Should be skilled in personal computers, electronic database access, search, edit, retrieval, word processing software, printers, faxes, copiers and calculators.
- Should have the ability to read and write in English.
- Ability to communicate in clear, concise, tactful and prompt manner both in oral and written communications.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in resolving problems within the department’s policies and procedures on a daily basis.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
