Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and highly motivated individual to join our growing organization as an intern. The candidate will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, help in planning and organizing programmers and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee items pick up and deliveries.
• Perform clerical duties, sort  and manage files and documents
• Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts and reports
• Run general office-related errands
• Manage databases and input information, data and records
• Research and gather documentation to enhance company’s operations
• Update company calendars
• Shadow multiple office positions and train a variety of tasks
• Update and post supervised social media and website content
• Respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have completed tertiary education
• Excellent IT savviness
• Strong writing skills
• Strong work ethic, maturity, efficient, fast learning, high level of discernment and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• High level of attention to detail and proven ability  to work independently and within a team under strict deadlines
• Strong organizational, time management and active listening skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
