The evergreen artiste even recommended that the youth venture into agriculture given the level of economic hardship in Ghana.
Evergreen entertainer Samini has said President Nana Addo Dankwa needs to be sat down and talked to because the economic conditions are becoming unbearable.
He has therefore called on his fellow New Patriotic Party (NPP) sympathizers to start criticizing the government of its shortcomings.
“I believe it is past time for those of us who have been sticking our heads out for President Akuffo-Addo to pay him a visit, have a discourse with him, and tell him things aren’t going well,” Samini stated on Twitter on June 14.
“I believe that having an audience with the President will be beneficial in allowing him to hear what is going on on the ground and what is actually happening on the ground,” he remarked.
The musician, who was one of the notable celebrities who mobilized support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the run-up to the 2016 election, has stated that he needs to meet with President Akufo-Addo one-on-one to explain the country’s difficulties.
The musician, who has emerged as one of the NPP’s top campaigners, also advised the youth to improvise in order to live.
Samini advised Ghanaian youths to go into agriculture because things are not going well in the country right now.
Samini stated that things are going south under Nana Akufo’s administration in a Twitter Space conversation with his swarms of admirers and other discerning people about the status of affairs in Ghana.
“I will advise the youth to venture into agriculture; I’ve done it and I know it pays, so for the time being, I’d ask everyone who has land to go into it while waiting for another opportunity to arise,” the ageless entertainer stated on Twitter on June 14.
