WAEC Releases WASSCE 2022 Timetable; Check Full Details

The management of WAEC has released the 2022 Timetable for WASSCE candidates for parents to take note and plan accordingly.

The WASSCE 2022 Timetable can be downloaded in PDF format by anyone interested in learning more about the exam. In order to facilitate the administration of the WASSCE 2022 for all Senior High Schools, this document has been prepared. The WAEC HEADQUARTERS in Accra, Ghana, made this announcement in a news statement published by the organization.

The Details of Release

• Below is the WASSCE 2022 Timetable, which shows the exam dates and hours for each topic and for the WASSCE 2022/2023 Exams.
• All Ghanaian Senior High Schools (SHSs) will adhere to the WASSCE 2022 Timetable, which will serve as the exam standards for the WASSCE in 2022, when the exam will be written.
• The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the WASSCE 2022 Timetable, which may be viewed by students, teachers, and parents (WAEC).

Which date will the WASSCE 2022 begin?

• The date to which the Examination will commence is August 1, 2022, and will run for four weeks.
• From Monday, August 1, 2022, until Tuesday, September 27, 2022, all of the scheduled subjects will be written in their entirety.

ABOUT WAEC

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC), a non-profit-making organization, with its headquarters in Accra, Ghana, was established in 1952 after the Governments of Ghana (then Gold Coast), Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia enacted the West African Examinations Council Ordinances in 1951.

Liberia became the fifth member of the Council in 1974. The enactment of the Ordinances was based on the Jeffrey Report, which strongly supported the proposal for the setting up of a regional examining board to harmonize and standardize pre-university assessment procedures in British West Africa.
